In Israel's military eavesdropping unit, the life of young soldier Dara Nevo is a constant stream of voices, sounds and data: Day after day, she listens in on the conversations of a Palestinian family in order to find clues to a possible attack. What at first seems like routine surveillance turns when an Israeli soldier is kidnapped and Dara suddenly seems to be the only one who can find the crucial clue through her headphones. Between headphones and screen, the boundaries between closeness and distance, duty and compassion, perpetrator and victim become blurred for her.
