April<\/span> 2026<\/span> on<\/span> the<\/span> UCI<\/span> D\u00fcsseldorf<\/span> and<\/span> in<\/span> the<\/span> Black box<\/span> in the<\/span> Film Museum<\/span> takes place<\/span>. The<\/span> Films<\/span> become<\/span> as<\/span> Short films<\/span> before<\/span> the<\/span> Main films<\/span> shown<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The festival brings together current international productions such as \u201eThe Disappearance of Josef Mengele\u201c, \u201eAll About the Levkoviches\u201c and \u201eWith Love and Chansons\u201c and shows the creativity and diversity with which Jewish life is portrayed on screen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A Shabbat evening on the Upper West Side that goes anything but \u201ewell\u201c: David and his fianc\u00e9e Meg want to bring their Jewish family and Meg's Catholic parents together at a Shabbat dinner. What begins as a carefully staged get-together for the in-laws spirals completely out of control after a fatal accident. While the guests could arrive at any moment, the family desperately tries to cover up the situation without breaking traditions or damaging their own image to the outside world.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
